The sale is an annual event typically held on the second Saturday in April. This year the sale is scheduled for April 11, 2026, at 1PM. It will be held at the Dewitt Livestock Facility on the LSU Alexandria Campus. The address is; 100 Greg Mashall Dr., Lecompte, Louisiana 71346. Approximately 10 miles South of Alexandria on Hwy 71.
This year's auctioneer will once again be fellow Hereford breeder Dale Stith

This year's sale almost 80 lots, consisting of:

12 bulls-Bulls- ranging from 12 months to 3.5 years of age, 7 of them averaging 2 years old (Semen tested)
39 Hereford females; Bred heifers, Bred cows, cow/calf pairs; some of which are 3N1, and Open Hereford heifers
26 Hereford F1 females; Black baldie, Super Baldie and Tiger stripe heifers as we as some commercial cows

All from 19 consigners across Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas
